Lee Rangers is probably one of the largest clubs in our area, with a total of fifteen teams from under 9 up to under 18. We also continue our football for those over 16 with our two Lee Rangers Community Centre teams who play on a Sunday Morning.
If you are interested in playing football and you are age between 7 and 16 then contact one of our managers for more information about joining Lee Rangers. Also if there is anyone who wishes to get more involved with the Club please contact us.
If you've been coming to the free sessions held on previous Fridays then please join us for more football this Friday.
Signing on night for next season is Wednesday, 8th July, 6.30pm - 9.30pm at the Lee Community Centre. If you are not currently a member of the club and haven't yet spoken to us, please contact us before coming to sign on. Some teams have vacancies and are actively seeking new signings, others might be full up, or in some cases there may not yet be a team at a particular age group.
Remember to bring a passport photograph. New players need to bring a birth certificate (or a copy). We only need to look at it to verify age for the league. You will also need your bank details (account name, number, sort code, address) unless you are paying for the year up front.
There has been a slight rise in subs this year and an alteration in the structure. There is a £25 signing on fee this Wednesday, and then seven payments of £15 per month from October to April inclusive, by standing order. This totals £130 pounds. If you'd prefer to pay for the whole year on Wednesday then there is a discount of £5 (remember your cheque book or cash). There is no discount for parents with more than one child at the club.This coming Sunday sees the club's Superstars event and, for some teams, the trophy presentations. We'll have a wide range of players from Under 9 to Under 16 taking part in the events. The day should be slightly shorter than past years as we've kept the activities to the morning (including the presentations) followed by a barbecue lunch. Remember, food and drink for the kids is provided - everyone else, bring a packed lunch!
Superstars is taking place at Lee Junior School and will start at 10am sharp. Arrive from 9.30 please (unless you're helping - in which case it's 8.30!).
