Lee Rangers Under 11

Welcome to the Under 11 section of the website. Many players from last year's under 10s have stayed on at Lee Rangers to form this new 11-a-side team, along with some new faces. Graham Andrews Level 1 Coach and Manager, Ian Orr Level 1 Coach and Assistant Manager and Mike Mckay Level 2 Coach manage the team.

We train on Wednesdays 7-8pm at Bay House Sports Hall and play our home games at Lee Recreation Ground Junior Pitch.

11/10/08 Lee Rangers 2 vs 6 Rushmoor Saints Hampshire cup round 2

Well done boys and girls in our first Hampshire Cup. First half went really well with Benjamin Chapman scoring, then only a couple of minutes afterwards Rushmoor Saints equalised.  Just before half time, Perry Andrews with a right foot shot from outside the box, bottom right hand corner to make it 2 - 1.

Wiktor in the second half saved a penalty, and more excellent saves throughout the game.

Final score was Lee Rangers 2 - 6 Rushmoor Saints

04th October 2008 Bishop Waltham Dynamos 4 v 1 Lee Rangers

Well done to all the boys for another outstanding performance. I feel the team is getting stronger and improving in each game they play.  The score was 0 - 2 in the first half due to the Bishop Waltham Dynamos goalkeeper making some good saves.

In the second half Bishop Waltham Dynamos took a third goal followed shortly by a penalty to Lee Rangers in which Ben C took only to see it hit the post, but with quick thinking with his pace Callum W followed up with a fine strike of his left foot and buried the ball in the top corner. 

Bishop Waltham Dynamos persisted and took another goal with the final score 4 - 1

27/09/2008 Lee Rangers 3 - 3 Warsash Wasps

It was an enjoyable and very entertaining game with some good football skills from both sides. Bejamin Chapman scoring 2 goals and Conor Lewis with a delicate chip over the keepers head to make it 3 - 1. Then Warsash Wasps came back with 2 goals making it a well deserved draw.
